Abstract In this research, a design of intelligent charge control system for solar panel and wind turbine which are accessible all over the world through internet. While this design of system charging the battery pack with the energy acquired from solar panels and wind turbines, energy taken from this battery pack is supplied into the load through an inverter. Smart Charge Control Unit for Wind and Solar Energy works through a microcontroller and with PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technique. As far as you can see voltage and temperature data, charging and load current information, wind turbines and solar panels voltages on an LCD screen, at the same time it is also possible to access the system through internet all over the world. The analysis and graphs can be shown on the internet site via panels and turbine cameras. Thus, it is also possible to send SMS in a case of emergency or whenever you want or to stop the system at that time. The basic aim is to store energy through batteries on windy and sunny days, and then to use this stored energy in rural areas in which there is no electric wiring on windless and sunless days. With this design of system, it is aimed to use the intermittent and unstable wind and solar energy without damaging the network or in a stable manner that does not damage the load and this aim was able to carried out. Smart charge control unit for wind and solar energy electronic circuit board, microcontroller software, and all computer software developed for this thesis project and they are unique. This project ws supported Ordu University Scientific Research Projects Coordination Unit by project number :TF-1421
