Abstract In this study, using tangential Turn-Milling process which is a new machining method, the effects on the surface roughness of cutting parameters of MS58 Brass material were investigated. The experiments have been done considering three different levels as revolution of cutting tool and workpiece, feed rate and depth of cut, helix anles of the end milling. The results of these experiments have been indicated that the surface roughness quality of the workpiece is close to grinding process, in machining MS58 Brass material using tangential Turn-Milling process.
