Abstract Marble dust is the waste material which liberated during the processing of the masses in the form of marble blocks are very small grained marble processing plant. Marble processing plants to bring production of a small amount of the recycled these products out, while the rest are stored in the waste area. Manufacturing industry in environmental conservation and recycling of waste materials in order to re-obtained from processing plants operating in the province of Adiyaman, for purpose in this study aimed to waste marble dust added autoclaved aerated concrete production. Firstly, determining the chemical and physical properties of waste materials to be used in study, the amount of binder added modified autoclaved aerated concrete samples of waste marble dust is produced. Determine the physical and chemical properties of samples, ultrasonic pulse velocity, bulk density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity tests were carried out. As a result of produced samples of unit weight 0.67 - 0.74 g / cm3 while the compressive strength in the range of 1.35 to 1.62 MPa and thermal conductivity values 0,20 to 0,15 W/mK has been found.
