Abstract A major Manufacturing process of the C/C-SiC composites materials is the liquid siliconin filtration (LSI). In this article, the composites has investigated microstructure and properties of mechanical. Brakesystems of high-speed and heavy vehicles can be exposed to thermal stress at highspeeds. Inthiscase, composite material which have high thermalresistance, excellent oxidation resistance and tribological properties are needed. Carbon fiber-reinforce dceramic matrix (CMC) have the ability to operate in corrosive environments and structural strength at high temperatures. One of the ceramics is C/C-SiC composites. The C/C-SiC composites have high thermal stability and abrasion resistance.
